The Beyond The Sunshine Mother's Day Brunch began in 2022 as a way to support women who have experienced the immeasurable pain of losing a mother (mother figure), or a child. Our goal is to help women connect with other women who understand the complexities of grief and build a supportive community.

The event ended outside the venue with the most beautiful butterfly released! I cannot truly explain the magnitude of this release and give it the life it deserves. It was absolutely breathtaking! It was a moment in time that I will never forget. This event inspired my very first tattoo! I never want to forget that moment we released those beautiful butterflies! ”
